We extend our services to include a national distribution service within a 3-10 working day period (depending where you are situated) from date of order and or payment permitting stock availability.

Product availability

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should the Supplier have stock available, orders will be delivered by the Supplier within 5-10 working days provided payment is validated/received before 14h00.

Should the product not be in stock you will be advised of the ETA and the order will be placed on back-order.

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order on time, however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Appliance Network will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.

Please note: despite careful data management, we reserve the right to make technical changes; and discrepancies may occur between the image or text content and the original appliance.

PS ALL gas appliances need to be installed by a Certified Gas Installer who will issue you with a COC (Certificate of Compliance) certificate – this is requirement from the LPG Gas Association – it is also for insurance purposes – the COC certificate forms part of your warranty together with your invoice. Should anything go wrong with the unit and a service call needs to be booked, the supplier, whether it is Smeg, Elba, Bosch or whoever, will require the COC certificate. Should you not able to present the COC certificate your warranty will be declared nil and void.

Delivery Policy

Products are delivered from the Supplier via a reputable courier service provider.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your rights to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website..

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left the premises of the Supplier.
Undelivered Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to re-shipment.

Order Processing

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

Refunds / returns Policy

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to the Supplier involved undamaged in the original packaging within 7 calendar days.

In the case of the return of a faulty unit and do not wish to be replaced by the same model, the price difference will not be refunded but will be held as a CREDIT and will be valid for 6 months from date of exchange. After 6 months you will forfeit whatever CREDIT was due to you.

Note : Appliance Network recommends that you use a reliable and reputable courier service for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a courier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund will be considered.

Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and Master (debit or credit card) through direct EFT OR via PayGate.

Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Appliance Network via RAVE who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. RAVE uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Appliance Network separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate secure site.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Responsibility

Appliance Network takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Appliance Network chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Direct Deposit ...

You may pay for your products through a direct deposit. It's exactly the same as doing an EFT payment except you'll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Please send your deposit slip to us at sales@appliancenetwork.co.za to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as soon as possible.
